Proudly (and humbly) Introducing Doxa

My name is J.Todd Smith. I am husband, father, and builder. But more than that, I identify as a talmid of the Christ, Jesus. Here are three things about Doxa.

Driven by Mission

At Doxa, we are driven by mission to bring the Kingdom of Heaven down to earth, and to show people the goodness of Jesus (our very name means "glory" and "honor". Our very souls belong to Yeshua Hamashiach, the Son of God. Take away His presence, and the presence of God and His Spirit and the mission that drives in our hearts, and you take away our very soul.

We are sold out for mission because...

"Whatever you do, work from the heart, as for the LORD rather than for men, knowing that from the LORD you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the LORD Christ you are serving." - Colossians 3:23-24

Guided by Order

Our work is formed from collective systems work yielded over decades of venture growth. We believe that God is a God of order, and that being created in His image, this is the way we work. From our Five Methods to Master's Business Academy, we offer world-class order to the teams and ventures powered by Doxa.

Fueled by Belief

We believe that mission and order are just the foundations. But belief is vital. Belief that if we are acting in God's will...nothing can stand in the way of God's will being done.
